Monitoring Cases & Obtaining Court Records

KEEP TRACK OF YOUR CASE

Debtors and Creditors in a bankruptcy case are responsible for staying informed about cases. It is critical to be aware of actions that may occur or notices that are filed in a case such as:

  • Was the case dismissed?
  • Am I missing Documents?
  • Was the debtor discharged?
  • Was a motion made in the case?
  • Was an answer filed?
  • Was a hearing scheduled?

Open all mail that you receive from the court, or from interested parties about your case. If your address changes, you must make sure to provide the court with a correct mailing address.

You can choose to have certain court documents sent to you by email.

View current or past cases (from 1990 and later) online with Pacer.

Use our automated phone system to get case information.
