Proposed Amended EDNY Chapter 13 Model Plan

The Board of Judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York is proposing revisions to the EDNY Chapter 13 Model Plan and has requested that the proposals be circulated for public comment. The proposals are as follows:

• Proposed Revisions EDNY Chapter 13 Model Plan – redline
• Proposed Revision EDNY Chapter 13 Model Plan – clean version

Any comments may be given electronically at 13plan@nyeb.uscourts.gov or by mail to Naeisha Rogers, Chief Deputy Clerk, United States Bankruptcy Court, 271-C Cadman Plaza East, Suite 1595, Brooklyn, New York 11201-1800.

Please note that the comment period will end on Monday, April 13, 2026.
