Proposed New and Revised Local Bankruptcy Rules

The Board of Judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York is proposing new and revised Local Bankruptcy Rules and has requested that the proposals be circulated for public comment.  The proposals are as follows:

• Proposed Revisions LBRs – blackline
• Proposed Revisions LBRs – clean version

Any comments may be given electronically at Localrules@nyeb.uscourts.gov or by mail to Paul Dickson, Chief Deputy Clerk, United States Bankruptcy Court, 271-C Cadman Plaza East, Suite 1595, Brooklyn, New York 11201-1800. 

Please note that the comment period will end July 29, 2019.
