The foreclosure crisis has affected individual home buyers, financial institutions, the economy, and bankruptcy courts. In response, several bankruptcy courts have initiated Loss Mitigation Programs to address this issue. This broadcast looks at these programs, how they work, and what effect they have had on debtors, creditors, and the bankruptcy courts.
