The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York has expanded the Electronic Self-Representation program ("eSR") to include the filing of Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions.  eSR is an online tool to help individuals (only) complete a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition.  It guides them step-by-step through the process, creates most of the forms needed for filing, performs all calculations, and allows them to electronically submit the petition package to the court.  To learn more about eSR, please click here.
