The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York announces that the Honorable Heather Z. Cooper, Chief Judge, District of Vermont, has been designated by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals to serve as a United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Eastern District of New York from March 1, 2026, through May 31, 2026.
