The Court’s new and amended Local Bankruptcy Rules (“LBRs”) became effective December 13, 2019. Please note that several non-substantive amendments were made to the local rules effective January 10, 2020.

The Court’s new and amended Local Bankruptcy Rules (“LBRs”) became effective December 13, 2019.  Please note that several non-substantive amendments were made to the local rules effective January 10, 2020, as follows:

  1. Cross-reference to LBR 5005-2 has been deleted from LBR 9004-1 and LBR 9011-1, and
  1. Table of Contents has been amended to include LBR 7012-1 and LBR 8007-1

An updated version of the Court’s Local Bankruptcy Rules has been posted to the Court’s website at https://www.nyeb.uscourts.gov/local-bankruptcy-rules-united-states-bankruptcy-court-eastern-district-new-york
