The Consumer Lawyers' Advisory Committee of the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York is presenting a "Brown Bag" discussion on Monday, September 13, 2021 at 8:30 a.m.  The Program will discuss the status of Mortgage Foreclosures, Eviction Actions and General Bankruptcy Updates affecting the Consumer Practice.  We are thrilled to have on our panel Nassau County District Court Judge Hon. William Alan Hohauser, New York Suffolk County Supreme Court Judge Hon. Robert F. Quinlan, representatives from the United States Trustee's office, a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee, and EDNY practitioners.
