Please join the Brooklyn Bankruptcy Court for a brown bag lunch and discussion of the effective use of mediation in bankruptcy cases at the Bankruptcy Court on Monday, May 13, 2019 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.  We welcome questions and comments on all aspects of our court's mediation program, and especially welcome your questions and thoughts on how to increase utilization of mediation in contested matters and adversary proceedings.

The discussion will be held in the Joseph P. Hurley Training Room, at the Conrad B. Duberstein U.S. Courthouse, Brooklyn, NY.

The discussion will be led by Judge Elizabeth S. Stong and a panel of experienced mediators.
