In accordance with Article II, Composition, Section 1 is hereby amended to provide that:

The CLAC shall have a Brooklyn Division and a Central Islip Division, each consisting of no more than fifteen (15) members of the Bar (each a “General Member”).

In accordance with Article VI, Amendments, notice is hereby given of a proposed amendment to the By-Laws to modify each reference to “the Chief Judge and Judge Trust” and “the Chief Judge or Judge Trust” to instead read “the Chief Judge”.
