Chapter 13 Standing Trustee Michael J. Macco has announced his retirement effective May 31, 2026.

Krista M. Preuss will serve as the sole Chapter 13 Standing Trustee in the Eastern District of New York, effective June 1, 2026, and will succeed Michael J. Macco as Standing Chapter 13 Trustee in all open cases to which he was previously assigned.
