ADOPTION OF NEW AND AMENDED LOCAL BANKRUPTCY RULES

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York (the “Court”) has adopted new and amended Local Bankruptcy Rules (the “Rules”) that are effective immediately. 

The Rules, along with a blackline version, have been posted to the Rules and Procedures section of the Court’s website.
