Adoption of the Amended EDNY Chapter 13 Model Plan

The Board of Judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York has adopted a revised EDNY Chapter 13 Model Plan, which is effective as of June 1, 2026.

The revised EDNY Chapter 13 Model Plan shall be the sole permissible form of plan for Chapter 13 cases filed on or after June 1, 2026.
