Adoption of Amended Chapter 13 Plan

By Administrative Order No. 682, dated November 7, 2019, the Court adopted an amended Local Form of Chapter 13 Plan (“Chapter 13 Plan”) effective December 1, 2019. 

The Administrative Order and Chapter 13 Plan can be found here.

Please note that an interactive version of the Chapter 13 Plan will be posted to the Court’s website before the effective date of December 1, 2019.
