Chapter 13 Standing Trustee Marianne DeRosa has announced her retirement effective September 30, 2021. 

Krista Preuss will succeed Ms. DeRosa effective October 1, 2021 and will be appointed as Chapter 13 Standing Trustee for cases assigned to Chief Judge Alan S. Trust and Judges Elizabeth S. Stong and Nancy Hershey Lord.  Those chapter 13 cases pending before Judge Louis A. Scarcella for which Ms. DeRosa serves as trustee will be reassigned to Chief Judge Trust and Ms. Preuss. 

Michael Macco will continue as Chapter 13 Standing Trustee for cases assigned to Judge Robert E. Grossman and Judge Jil Mazer-Marino.  Additionally, Mr. Macco will be appointed trustee for chapter 13 cases assigned to Judge Louis A. Scarcella effective October 1, 2021.
