CHIEF BANKRUPTCY JUDGE ALAN S. TRUST TO RETIRE

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York announces that Chief Bankruptcy Judge Alan S. Trust has declared his intention to retire from the Court on April 2, 2026. Until his retirement, Judge Trust plans to remain as Chief Judge and maintain his regular caseload. The Court thanks Judge Trust for his years of dedicated service.
