Undeliverable Notices

The debtor, by providing a verified mailing list of creditors, assumes responsibility for ensuring that all listed creditors receive notices as due. Undeliverable notices are sent by return mail to the debtor, who must make an attempt to correct any incorrect addresses, resend the returned notices and notify the Court as to the address corrections. A computer-generated printout in each case alerts the Court as to any undelivered notices.
