Debtor Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing (DeBN)

Parties are responsible for monitoring cases as to their status - i.e., whether cases are open or closed, have been dismissed and are awaiting closing orders, etc. In particular, if something requiring payment of a fee is filed (motion for relief from stay, e.g.) in a case which has been dismissed but is not yet closed, the filing fee will NOT be refunded in the event that the action is marked off calendar.

The Court's PACER and VCIS systems are recommended as effective means of monitoring the status of cases.
