A new case may be filed in person at the court, via the mail, or using eSR. This upload program may be used by parties not represented by an attorney who need to present documents other than new bankruptcy petitions, to the court for filing as an alternative to mailing or bringing the documents to the courthouse. Documents received after 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will not be reviewed for filing until the next business day. ECF users must file using CM/ECF. This program is not to be used by attorneys.
