Judges' Attendance At Privately Funded Seminars

In accordance with Judicial Conference policy approved September 19, 2006 and effective January 1, 2007, federal judges are required to disclose information concerning attendance at privately funded educational programs when they have been reimbursed for expenses relative to such attendance in an amount exceeding $305.
