Training Information

On December 1, 2017, new amendments to the Chapter 13 bankruptcy plan form will take effect in New York State and across the country.  Please join us as we examine and make sense of the new form.  Our panel of experts will walk through the form section by section and answer your questions. Earn 1 CLE credit.

This course is FREE to those who accept one pro bono bankruptcy matter from the Brooklyn Bar Association Volunteer Lawyers Project before May 6, 2018. Experienced attorneys receive additional CLE credit for every 2 hours of eligible pro bono service. The cost is $150 for attorneys who do not wish to take a pro bono referral.
