The Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules has proposed amendments to Bankruptcy Rule 3015 and adoption of a new Bankruptcy Rule 3015.1, and has asked that they be circulated to the bench, bar, and public for comment.  The proposed amendments and the Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules report explaining the proposed changes are posted to the Judiciary’s website at:
