It is with great sadness that the Court announces the passing of Bankruptcy Judge Marvin A. Holland on November 16, 2013, from complications of Alzheimer’s disease. A brother and niece survive Judge Holland who served as a Judge of this Court in Brooklyn, New York, from 1985 until his retirement in 1999. Arrangements are private.
