It is with great sadness that the Court announces the passing of Bankruptcy Judge Robert John Hall on August 21, 2013. Judge Hall served at the court’s former site in Westbury, Long Island, from 1976 until his retirement in 1996, and is survived by his children Dr. Michael John Hall and Monica Hall Olszewski.

Judge Hall’s family is planning a Memorial Service for Saturday September 21, 11:45 a.m., at St. Brigid’s Church, 75 Post Ave., Westbury, New York 11590. Donations in Judge Hall’s name may be made to the attention of Debra Arles at St. Joseph’s School for the Deaf, 1000 Hutchinson River Parkway, Bronx, NY 10465.
