Mission

The mission of the Clerk’s Office is to provide support and assistance to the Court, Practicing Bar and the General Public with the filing, handling and processing of official records and documents needed in the bankruptcy process; with the noticing and dissemination of information to all the necessary parties participating in this same process; and, to officially document and accurately record the activities of the Court thereby assisting in the proper establishment of the bankruptcy process in all matters presented to the Court.

The Clerk’s Office, in carrying out its responsibilities, has numerous functions to oversee and provide. We encourage your comments and suggestions on improving the services you need and that we may provide.
